Our Caerffili cheese is as traditional as when made by Carwyn
Adams' great grandmothers, Lizzie Wyn and Leisa Jones more
than 80 years ago. Although the packaging is now more in keeping
with modern design, the unique characteristics of Cenarth Caerffili
are reminiscent of days long ago. It is no surprise that our Caerffili
is unlike any other, for our process is derived from a long tradition
of farmhouse cheese-making skills.
