Perl
Wen was developed in 2000 and when young displays the characteristics
of both a Caerffili and a Brie. The softness of the outside blending
with the fresh lemony centre. Perl Wen can be eaten at almost
any age. When ripe, it becomes paler and develops a brown tinge.
At this stage Perl Wen develops a unique flavour with a soft,
rich paste.

Cenarth
Brie is our most latest cheese, developed in January 2006 Cenarth
Brie is a very rich creamy brie with a fat in moisture content
of 60 %.
Perl Wen and Cenarth Brie is best kept at fridge temperature of
about 3-5 degree celcius and best served when brought up to room
temeprtaure.
