The box includes our Golden Cenarth. A rind washed semi-soft cheese, washed in cider to produce quite a mild taste when young, but developing a stronger pungency with maturity.

A Cenarth Brie. Our Cenarth Brie has well-rounded mushroomy flavour which grows with age. It has a creamy white exterior synonymous with a classic Brie, along with a delightfully gooey centre. As the cheese matures the initial almost chalky interior softens and moves away from the rind. The aromas and flavours intensify the closer the cheese gets to it’s best before date.

A wedge of Perl Las. Perl Las is probably our best known Cheese along with its creamier sister Perl wen. Perl Las is a superb blue cheese, golden in colour, with a creamy, gently salty taste that grows stronger with maturity. The wedges are cut from the large wheels of Perl Las and retain their crumbly texture and taste.

A bottle of Afon Mel Heather honey mead. A delicious dessert wine produced from Heather Honey. It is rich, luxurious and has almost a smoky hint of Heather. Produced in West Wales by Afon Mêl in Newquay, this has a real taste match with our Perl Las blue cheese, two entirely different products made in the same locality, but a taste marriage that will last the distance.

A jar of the amazing Radnor No 1 chutney. Dates, apricots, onions, spices and dark muscovado sugar are cooked slowly to produce a classic, rich chutney. Perfect with cheese, cold meats, curries or in sandwiches, it's the No.1 choice!
