Shipping

We send out deliveries every weekday from Monday to Wednesday, so deliveries can be scheduled for days between Tuesday and Thursday. Please ensure that your delivery address and delivery instructions are as accurate as possible, and to include instructions for the courier of where to leave the package if you are out.

Free shipping for standard UK addresses on orders over £60, all other orders £6.95 flat rate next day courier. Orders outside of our standard UK shipping areas will incur an additional charge as set by our courier.

We deliver all over the UK. Some areas of the UK are subject to additional shipping charges, such as the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland. If in any doubt please contact us prior to placing your order.

Returns

The normal statutory rights applying to returns and refunds, including a 14 day cooling off period, are not applicable to perishable goods such as cheese. If you are unhappy with any of the goods you have received, please inform us by email immediately and we will strive to resolve any issues, usually by offering a refund or sending a replacement if preferred.

Perfect Wedding Cake

Absolutely delicious cheese! Everybody at the wedding loved it. We used it during the evening as pudding for 180 we still had some left the day after (big bonus!). The team were very helpful and process very easy from buying to receiving.

We ordered a wedding cheese cake and it was absolutely delicious. All of our guests loved the addition of some welsh cheese in the evening. There was lots left over that we have also enjoyed over the last week or so after the wedding. Lovely to relive it all. Superb customer service and superb cheese! Highly recommend. X
