Stopped off to buy some cheese during a theatre tour, Absolutely delicious, it disappeared within 3 days because we could not get enough. Will for sure be buying some again.

It was indulgent. It looked attractive, the texture was great, and the ginger was potent and palatable I can't think of anything to complain about. Definitely better than the overwhelming majority of other cheese available with an affordable price.
