I might prefer Perl las, but Perl Wen when it’s ‘ripe’, is a very strong competitor for me!
Perl Wen is so so creamy and full of taste. Give it a go!!

Creamy but a strong blue taste probably my most favourite cheese from anywhere!!

I took advantage of the recent excellent offer to restock my freezer stock. Perl Las freezes well and stays perfect for cheese boards after being frozen for a few months.

Fabulous Caws Cenarth cheese it's my go to for my family dinner parties and date nights! I always have some waxed truckles in the freezer and they keep for ages in the fridge too.
