Carmarthen ham is an air dried salt cured ham which has been thinly sliced. The ham takes 6-9 months to mature.

Carmarthen ham has PGI status (protected geographical indication), perfect to go with our own PGI status Thelma’s Caerffili cheese.

Shipping

We send out deliveries every weekday from Monday to Wednesday, so deliveries can be scheduled for days between Tuesday and Thursday. Please ensure that your delivery address and delivery instructions are as accurate as possible, and to include instructions for the courier of where to leave the package if you are out.

Free shipping for standard UK addresses on orders over £60, all other orders £6.95 flat rate next day courier. Orders outside of our standard UK shipping areas will incur an additional charge as set by our courier.

We deliver all over the UK. Some areas of the UK are subject to additional shipping charges, such as the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland. If in any doubt please contact us prior to placing your order.

Returns

The normal statutory rights applying to returns and refunds, including a 14 day cooling off period, are not applicable to perishable goods such as cheese. If you are unhappy with any of the goods you have received, please inform us by email immediately and we will strive to resolve any issues, usually by offering a refund or sending a replacement if preferred.
