A rind washed semi-soft cheese, washed in cider to produce quite a mild taste when young, but developing a stronger pungency with maturity. Golden Cenarth cheese has a nutty flavour and a unique savouriness. This semi-soft organic cheese comes ready to eat, but if you prefer things a little gooier, pop it in the oven and bake it for 20 mins at 200°C.

Lovely local product

Lovely tasting cheese that was complimented by the beer relish - enjoyed by everyone alongside several other cheeses. Only downside was that one of the cheeses ( the blue brie ) was out of date. Didn't notice until I returned home to England so couldn't bring it back. Otherwise wonderful products and great service.

Delicious

Bought this as a Golden wedding anniversary present and thought I should try it myself first so bought extra. Not disappointed! Like a milder Camembert, the only thing I would change is to make it larger! It disappeared far too quickly. Recommended.
