Perl Wen is a unique cross between a traditional Brie and a Caerffili. We use our farmhouse Caerffili recipe as a starting point for Perl Wen which gives its soft centre a fresh citrus flavour with a hint of sea salt.

A gem of a cheese.

This is a lovely flavoursome cheese.Definately worth paying that little bit extra for.
Great on a cheeseboard but equally lovely paired with fruit. Would recommend.

Bought myself a nugget of pure cheese magic from the Spar in Aberdaron. I love Brie, but this is something else, this has an amazing texture and more flavour than a Brie, but retaining the butteriness. I’m blown away! I need this delivered to my home in Derby. Welsh girl in exile x

If you like both Caerffili and Brie you must try it

I bought this because it sounded interesting but I was not sure whether I would like it being a bit of a purist with cheese - but I thought it was excellent. If you like both caerffili and brie it is most certainly worth trying.

Excellent cheeses.
