Monthly Subscription Box Collection

Our September box features our Cenarth Brie which has a well-rounded mushroomy flavour which grows with age. As the cheese matures the initial almost chalky interior softens and moves away from the rind. The aromas and flavours intensify the closer the cheese gets to it’s best before date. I recommend you eat the brie last.

Also in the box is a Golden Cenarth our washed rind cheese, a Caws Cryf mature cheddar, a Perl Las mini and a ffili waxed mini alongside a jar of Welsh Lady Draymans chutney.
