In this month's box we have a wedge of Llain Alpine style cheese. This is made using cow's milk, it has a lovely supple buttery texture and wonderful nutty flavour.
Also in the box is a wedge of Perl Las, blue cheese, a Perl Wen brie style cheese, a Caws Cryf mature cheddar and a Ffili, our waxed caerffili cheese.
