These chunky, semi-sweet Spelt & Sea Salt biscuits have a nutty, slightly earthy, flavour, with lovely hits of sea salt. This makes them a natural companion for hard cheeses like a vintage cheddar – perfect for elevating any cheeseboard.
Our biscuits are hand-baked in Wales using grains chosen for their flavour and character. They are then sealed in 3s to keep them fresher for longer – because cheese deserves the best.

We send out deliveries every weekday from Monday to Wednesday, so deliveries can be scheduled for days between Tuesday and Thursday. Please ensure that your delivery address and delivery instructions are as accurate as possible, and to include instructions for the courier of where to leave the package if you are out.
Free shipping for standard UK addresses on orders over £60, all other orders £6.95 flat rate next day courier. Orders outside of our standard UK shipping areas will incur an additional charge as set by our courier.
