Shipping

We send out deliveries every weekday from Monday to Wednesday, so deliveries can be scheduled for days between Tuesday and Thursday. Please ensure that your delivery address and delivery instructions are as accurate as possible, and to include instructions for the courier of where to leave the package if you are out.

Free shipping for standard UK addresses on orders over £60, all other orders £6.95 flat rate next day courier. Orders outside of our standard UK shipping areas will incur an additional charge as set by our courier.

We deliver all over the UK. Some areas of the UK are subject to additional shipping charges, such as the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland. If in any doubt please contact us prior to placing your order.

Returns

The normal statutory rights applying to returns and refunds, including a 14 day cooling off period, are not applicable to perishable goods such as cheese. If you are unhappy with any of the goods you have received, please inform us by email immediately and we will strive to resolve any issues, usually by offering a refund or sending a replacement if preferred.

Very tasty good quality cheese, all have a long date so don’t have to be eaten at once. Great delivery service and well packaged.

Came across the Perl Wen in a restaurant in Betwys and was delicious so ordered this weekend cheese box. Devoured with friends on NYE with some delicious Port.
Highly recommend and will definitely purchase again.

Wonderful Caws Cenarth Weekend Cheese Box

WOW Yet again the wonderful Caws Cenarth comes up trumps and provided us with a fabulous selection of cheeses. They were all perfect and made for easy entertaining. Thank You for making the Christmas holiday stress free. All guests invited and those "just passing by?" were very complimentary. I must order more for next holiday season and will definately order more in the New Year and throughout the year. Once again Thank You.
