Shipping

We send out deliveries every weekday from Monday to Wednesday, so deliveries can be scheduled for days between Tuesday and Thursday. Please ensure that your delivery address and delivery instructions are as accurate as possible, and to include instructions for the courier of where to leave the package if you are out.

Free shipping for standard UK addresses on orders over £60, all other orders £6.95 flat rate next day courier. Orders outside of our standard UK shipping areas will incur an additional charge as set by our courier.

We deliver all over the UK. Some areas of the UK are subject to additional shipping charges, such as the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland. If in any doubt please contact us prior to placing your order.

Returns

The normal statutory rights applying to returns and refunds, including a 14 day cooling off period, are not applicable to perishable goods such as cheese. If you are unhappy with any of the goods you have received, please inform us by email immediately and we will strive to resolve any issues, usually by offering a refund or sending a replacement if preferred.

A gorgeous selection of cheeses. Beautifully fresh and delicious with one drawback, they have been eaten too quickly!

Good product let down by delivery

I have tried this cheese before and it is fantastic. Unfortunately on this occasion I ordered for Father’s Day the delivery didn’t arrive within 24 hours so all the cheese was warm so had to be thrown. I got a full refund but it was upsetting for my son as he had ordered it for his Dad. Hopefully the company will change their courier!?!?

Missing Crackers

Purchased for my dad’s 89th birthday and when l opened the package it was apparent that the crackers were missing. Contacted Caws Cenarth and received a prompt response and refunded cost of the crackers within a few days. Cheese and chutney all good as expected. Main issues for me:
1. Lack of quality control to be shipped incomplete
2. Refund of the cost of the crackers scant recompense for the disappointment
