Caws Cenarth Toastie

*Caution Hot Cheese Can Burn*

1) Grab your trusty toastie maker and power

    it up

2) Butter 2 slices of bread

3) Select and slice your favourite Caws 

    Cenarth Cheese and any condiment you

    desire.

4) Create your raw toastie (remember to keep

     the buttered side of your bread on the

     outside)

5) Place your magnificent creation in to your

     toastie maker and wait.

6) Once your toastie is oozing delicious

     cheese enjoy!

Some of our favourite fillings are;

               *Perl Las and Fig Chutney

               *Perl Wen and Onion Chutney

               *Caerffili and Cranberry

Baked Golden Cenarth

*Caution Hot Cheese Can Burn*

1) Preheat your oven to 200°C

2) Carefully tear off the cellophane wrapper

3) Pop your Golden Cenarth on to a small

     baking tray (so you don't get cheese

     everywhere) and into your oven

4) Wait impatiently for exactly 20-25 mins

5) Remove your hot molten Golden Cenarth

     from the oven and allow to cool slightly

6) Enjoy on your own or share with others

Whilst waiting why not lightly toast some Ciabatta bread or cut some peppers into strips, then simply dip away.

Perl Wen Stuffed Chicken Breast

*Caution Hot Cheese Can Burn*

1) Preheat your oven to 180°C

2) Take you Chicken breast and cut a large

    cheese storage pocket.

3) Season the chicken with a little salt and

    pepper

4) Slice your Perl Wen and stash it inside

     your cheese pocket

5) Carefully wrap the chicken breast in bacon

    (using a toothpick to secure in place if

     needed)

6) Place your cheese smuggling chicken

     breast on a baking tray and pop in the

     oven for 45-60 mins or untill the juices

     run clear

7) Enjoy with your favourite non cheese 

    accompaniment, such as vegetables

Garlic and Herb Mushrooms

*Caution Hot Cheese Can Burn*

1) Either preheat your oven or turn the grill

    on.

2) Slice your Garlic & Herb Caerffili.

3) Grab your large flat mushroom.

4) Fill/Top your mushrooms with the Garlic

    & Herb Caerffili.

5) Place in the oven/under the grill.

6) Once the cheese is suitably melted remove

     and serve.

Also great with Perl Las.
